Graduated as a doctor of medicine at University in Brno and after the studies worked as a psychiatrist. At the 1997 she stopped here medical praxis and started to be active in the field of culture. Since then she works as a manager of the culture centre Sklenena louka where she is responsible for dramaturgy of the events, communication with media and publicity. In the 1999 she co organised EU - Phare exchange project between Brno`s and Vienna’s artists. Together with her husband - director Zdenek Plachy - she cooperated on many large projects as for example The Phantom or Bloody Opera and Unbezalbahre Arien in the National Theatre Prague, she has been acting in a „para - documentary“ picture Artists for NATO. In an art organisation „Guarded Parnassus“ she works in section for psychology of characters.
